The room was decent and served its purpose, but I found the bathroom floor and light fixtures not very clean. The friendly staff made the experience better despite the parking situation.

The location is fantastic, as it is right
in the heart of downtown Missoula. I loved the clean and comfortable room, and the staff was friendly. However, parking was a bit limited, which made it stressful trying to find a spot after returning from our outings.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting for a concert. The room was nicely updated, and the large shower was a hit with the kids. Plus, the location made it easy for us to walk to nearby restaurants after the show.
In my wife’s opinion, more front desk availability would be great.

The bed felt really comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The room had a cozy atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a long day. I loved the ample shelf space in the bathroom. It made organizing my toiletries a breeze. Cleanliness stood out. everything was spotless during my stay. The location was fantastic. I could easily walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. It was great having free parking too, which saved me some hassle. Unfortunately, the lobby opened later than I preferred. I missed having coffee before starting my day. Plus, blackout curtains were lacking. Light from outside disturbed my sleep. The air conditioning unit screeched at night. I had to turn it off and ended up feeling too warm.
